- Multi-driver / multi-vehicle — single account that handles families and small teams?
- Live position tracking — only matters if you manage a fleet.
- Offline support — do trips record without signal?
- CarPlay / Android Auto — only matters if you classify drives en route.
- Recordkeeping that survives an audit — contemporaneous, not reconstructed.
- Data export in case you switch again — open formats, not lock-in.

You're deep in Microsoft 365
MileIQ was a Microsoft product 2015–2021 and built M365 integrations during that era. Microsoft divested in 2021 and Bending Spoons acquired the app in 2025; if specific M365 integrations are a load-bearing part of your stack, verify they're still maintained on the current MileIQ before switching anywhere — AutoDrive doesn't have a native M365 plugin to match.
You only need pure mileage, nothing else
