What AutoDrive stores in your browser, and how to control it.
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Wrights Creative Services, L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on theautodriveapp.com, autodrivefleet.com, and AutoDrive Online in your web browser. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes everything else we collect and your rights over it. The AutoDrive mobile apps do not use browser cookies; this policy covers the websites only.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a similar browser feature that lets a site keep information on your device. Some of these are strictly necessary for a site to work; others are optional and, depending on where you are, are only used with your permission.
2. Your Choices
Outside the United States (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask before using any optional cookie. Nothing optional is set until you choose Accept all or switch a category on, and Reject all is always one click away.
In the United States, analytics and advertising cookies are on by default, and you can opt out at any time. Under some state privacy laws, the advertising cookies count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; switching off Advertising is how you opt out of that sharing. We do not sell personal information.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a refusal of every optional cookie, and as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, whatever you chose before. We show a confirmation when we detect the signal.
Changing your mind. Use Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page (in AutoDrive Online: Settings → Devices & Sessions, or the About box). Withdrawing consent deletes the optional cookies we can reach and stops them from being set again.
How long a choice lasts. Your choice is stored in the ad_consent cookie, separately for each website and each browser. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add new cookies or new partners.
Browser controls. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
3. Cookies and Storage We Use
Durations are the longest a cookie can last; clearing your browser data removes them sooner.

4. Google Analytics and Google Ads
With your consent (in the United States, unless you opt out), we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used and Google Ads conversion measurement to learn whether an ad led to an app download or a sign-up. When these run, Google receives information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your IP address. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google's tags are told which categories you allowed; until you allow a category its tags do not load at all. How Google uses this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
5. Records of Your Choice
When you make or change a choice, we record the random consent identifier stored in your ad_consent cookie, the choice, the page you were on, and the time, so that we can show consent was given. The record contains no IP address and no browser details. We keep these records for 36 months.
6. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change, and change the effective date above. If we add a new optional category or partner, we will ask for your choice again.
