📈 Why Your Dashboard Numbers Agree Across Devices
The dashboard on iOS, Android, and the web all pull from the same server calculation — so you see identical totals everywhere.
Your dashboard shows the same Total Drives, Total Distance, Avg Speed, and Avg Distance whether you open AutoDrive on iPhone, Android, or the web app at theautodriveapp.com. That is because all three dashboards ask the server for the numbers — they don't each compute their own version from a local cache.
The server scopes the calculation to your active vehicle and its assigned driver, so orphan drives (ones without a driver assignment) never inflate your averages. The Recent Drives list under the gauge uses the same filter, so the list always matches the count shown on the gauge itself.
Full-precision values are returned — no early rounding — so a 1.04-mile average shows as 1.04 everywhere instead of 1.0 on one device and 1.04 on another.
Tap anywhere on the dark stats bar at the top of the dashboard to open Drive Stats — a full-screen view that expands on these headline numbers with per-drive averages, top speed, MPG, and six months of bar-chart history.
If you notice a number that seems off, try pulling to refresh or opening the app on another signed-in device. When both show the same value, you are looking at the server's authoritative total.
