📈 Drive Stats on iPhone and Android

A dedicated stats screen with totals, per-drive averages, and monthly bar charts for drives, distance, and cost.

Drive Stats is a full-screen view on iPhone and Android that expands on the dashboard header numbers. It shows totals, per-drive averages, and six months of bar-chart history for your active vehicle. Both platforms call the same server endpoint (drive.stats) and render its response directly, so iPhone, Android, and the web dashboard always show identical numbers for the same vehicle.

There are two ways to open it:

  • From the dashboard — tap anywhere on the dark stats bar at the top (the row showing Time Spent Driving, Total Distance Driven, and Cost of Drives).
  • From Drive Log — tap the chart icon in the top-right of the Drives list toolbar.

The screen is organized into three sections:

Headline totals — three dark cards matching the dashboard stats bar: total time driving, total distance, and total cost for the selected vehicle.

Averages & counts — a grid of lighter cards with per-drive metrics: Total Drives, Avg Distance, Avg Speed, Top Speed (Android only), Avg Duration, Avg Cost / Drive, Auto-Tracked (how many of your drives were recorded automatically), and Avg MPG. MPG only appears when you have fuel logs for the active vehicle; otherwise the card shows your fuel log count instead.

Monthly bar charts — three charts covering the trailing six months: Drives per Month, Distance per Month, and Cost per Month. Empty months stay on the axis as zero bars so the timeline is continuous. Units (miles or kilometers) follow your app's measurement-system setting.

All values are scoped to your active vehicle. To see stats for a different car, switch the active vehicle first on the dashboard.

Distance, cost, and duration tiles use the same numbers the dashboard stats bar calls out, so the headline totals on both screens will always agree. Because the aggregate is computed server-side and the clients just render it, Drive Stats does require a network connection — open it while online and the values will refresh each time you visit.
