✎ Editing and Deleting Drives
Tap any drive to view its details, then edit the title, classification, purpose, vehicle, or cost.
Every recorded drive can be reviewed and edited after the fact. Tap any drive in your Drives list to open its detail view, which shows the route on a map along with distance, duration, and timestamps.
On the web, use the controls at the map’s top-right to view the route bigger: Pop out opens the map in a larger centred window, and Full screen fills the browser — with a further toggle for true full screen across your whole display. Press Esc or click outside to return.
Tap Edit to modify the drive. You can change the following fields:
- Title — give the drive a descriptive name like "Morning Commute" or "Airport Run"
- Classification & Purpose — mark the drive as Business or Personal and pick a specific purpose (Customer Visit, Commute, Medical, etc.). See Classifying Drives below.
- Tags — free-form labels for ad-hoc grouping or filtering
- Vehicle — reassign the drive to a different vehicle if it was linked to the wrong one
- Driver — reassign the drive to a different driver in the active account group, or pick Unassigned to clear the driver entirely
- Cost — enter a manual cost override if the automatic fuel estimate does not apply
If you need to remove a drive entirely, scroll to the bottom of the detail view and tap Delete Drive. Deleted drives are removed permanently and cannot be recovered, so use this option carefully.
Distance review. If a drive logs a distance far outside a vehicle's normal range — usually a GPS glitch — the web Drives page shows a review banner. Choose It's correct to dismiss it, or Discard distance to zero that drive's distance and reduce the vehicle's odometer to match (recorded as a correction in the odometer history).
