🛡 LiveDrive Consent Audit (Member)

Every member of a Fleet group can independently review who requested LiveDrive consent for which driver, who accepted, and any pauses or revocations from Reports → Consent Audit.

The Consent Audit page in AutoDrive Online is a group-wide view of every LiveDrive event in your active account group, available to every member — not just admins. It exists so that no admin enable, no driver acceptance, and no revocation can happen invisibly to the people it affects.

Where to find it

Open AutoDrive Online and choose Reports → Consent Audit. The page reflects the currently active group — switch groups via the topbar to see another group’s feed.

What it shows

A KPI strip (total events, last 24 hours, last 7 days, driver acknowledgements, driver revocations) sits above a filterable table. Each row of the audit table shows the event type, the actor and the target, the LiveDrive terms version in effect, the IP address, the exact timestamp, and any payload (e.g. pause-until window). The table is sortable and filterable by user ID and by event type.

Agreements (admins only)

The DPA acceptance surface lives on its own page at Account → LiveDrive Agreements (visible only when LiveDrive is enabled and active for the group). It shows the current required DPA terms_version, a status pill indicating whether the group has accepted that version, and a per-version history of every prior acceptance — who accepted, when, from which IP, and what user agent. If the current version is not yet accepted, a Review & Accept button opens the same DPA modal surfaced by the in-app banner. Members and drivers do not see this page.

Revoking your own consent

This page is read-only. To pause or revoke your own LiveDrive consent, open Settings → LiveDrive on iOS, Android, or AutoDrive Online; the action there is mirrored across every device immediately. See Pause or Revoke LiveDrive.

Scope

The Online page is always scoped to the currently active group. AutoDrive Support can see the equivalent feed across every group from the internal Admin → Data → Consent Audit page, with filters for group, user, and event.
