⏪ LiveDrive Route Replay
Scrub a driver's broadcast track for any day in your retention window, with geofence events overlaid on the path.
Route Replay shows a driver’s historical broadcast track on a map, with playback controls so you can step through the day at variable speed. Geofence enter/exit/dwell events appear as colored markers along the polyline.
Where to find it
Open AutoDrive Online and choose LiveDrive → Route Replay. The page is hidden when the LiveDrive add-on is not active on the current group.
How it works
Each accepted LiveDrive position is appended to a per-group history table while the add-on is active and history is enabled. By default we keep 30 days of history; admins can configure 7–90 days, or disable history entirely for privacy-conscious fleets. The retention window is published in the LiveDrive entitlement and is reflected in the consent copy each driver sees.
Reading the playback
Pick a driver and a date, then click Load. The polyline is drawn in a uniform blue color (a future update will color-tint by speed). The playback bar lets you scrub by point, change speed (1×–16×), and read the timestamp + speed at the current frame.
Privacy posture
Replay is admin-only by default. Drivers can view their own history via Insights but the full minute-by-minute scrubber is reserved for owners and admins. The retention window is enforced by a nightly purge cron.
