🚘 Managing Multiple Vehicles
Free accounts get 1 vehicle. AutoDrive Personal unlocks 2, AutoDrive Fleet unlocks 20.
AutoDrive supports multiple vehicles so you can track drives and fuel for every car, truck, or motorcycle you own. The limit depends on your plan:
- Free — 1 vehicle.
- AutoDrive Personal — up to 2 vehicles (household).
- AutoDrive Fleet — up to 20 vehicles.
The Your Limits card on the Account Groups page shows your current count against the cap in real time, so you'll see exactly where you stand before you run out of headroom. See AutoDrive Personal vs Fleet for the full comparison.
To switch the active vehicle, go to the My Car screen and tap the vehicle dropdown at the top. Select the vehicle you want to use, and all new drives and fuel entries will be linked to it going forward. Previously recorded data stays attached to whichever vehicle was active at the time.
Each vehicle maintains its own independent history of drives, fuel logs, and statistics. This makes it easy to compare fuel economy or mileage across different vehicles in your household or fleet.
If you no longer own a vehicle, you can delete it from the Vehicles list. Deleting a vehicle removes it from the dropdown but does not erase the drives or fuel logs that were recorded under it, so your historical data is preserved.
