🔍 Searching Across Your Data

The search input in the top nav (left of the date-range switcher on desktop; a magnifying glass icon on mobile) looks across drives, vehicles, drivers, fuel logs, charging logs, and your AutoCare records at the same time. Results group by category with clickable rows — tap a result to jump straight to it.

What it searches

• Drive titles, start/end addresses, vehicle nickname, driver name, notes
• Vehicle nickname, make, model, year, VIN, color, trim
• Driver first / last name, email, nickname
• Fuel: station name, location, vehicle, notes
• Charging: station name, location, network, vehicle, notes
• Service history: service type, notes, work-order number, date, vehicle
• Reminders: service type and vehicle
• Shops & vendors: name, address, city, state, postal, phone, email, website, notes
• Observations: description and vehicle
• Schedule: service type and vehicle

Hitting Enter shows all matches

Press Enter after typing to land on a full-page results view with every match grouped by section. Useful when the dropdown gets long.

Scoped to your active group

Search only returns data from your currently-active account group. Switch groups and the search results update to match — no cross-group bleed.
