📅 Filtering the Online Dashboard by Date

The AutoDrive Online dashboard includes a pill-shaped date-range picker in the topbar (just left of the account-group switcher). The window you choose scopes every time-series widget on the page — drive list, drive stats, fuel list and stats, charging list and stats, and traffic — so every chart and table reflects the same period.

Presets

• Today
• This Week — starts on Monday by default, or Sunday if you change your Week starts on preference (see below).
• This Month — the default for new accounts.
• This Year
• All Time — no date filter.
• Custom Range… — opens a modal with two date fields. The end date must be on or after the start.

Relative presets (Today, This Week, This Month, This Year) resolve against the current date every time the dashboard loads, so "This Month" stays correct when the calendar flips over. Only Custom Range stores explicit start and end dates.

It follows you across devices

Your selection is saved on your user profile, not in the browser, so switching to another computer (or signing in on a new device) shows the same window you last picked. It also survives sign-out and sign-in.

Recent Drives stays pinned

The Recent Drives widget is intentionally exempt — it always shows your last 5 drives, regardless of the picker, so you can see what you just drove without widening the window.

Week starts on Monday (or Sunday)

If you prefer weeks to start on Sunday rather than Monday, the Week starts on preference (server-side, 0 = Sunday, 1 = Monday) controls how This Week resolves. Mobile apps can honor the same preference in a future update.

Mileage tracking and the picker

The picker filters what the dashboard displays. It does not affect which drives the mobile apps record, nor does it change what the Report Builder uses — the Report Builder has its own independent date range because reports are usually generated for a specific period like a single month or quarter.
