🧩 Available Report Blocks

Choose from 27 report blocks covering driving, drive score, classification, fuel, vehicles, and analytics.

The Report Builder includes 27 blocks organized into six categories. You can add any combination of blocks to a single report.

Driving — Drive Summary, Drive List, Distance Over Time, Speed Analysis, Day of Week, Hour of Day, Trip Duration Breakdown, Top Routes, and Drive Records.

Drive ScoreDrive Score Summary (average score, events per 100 miles, totals by type) and Drive Score Detail (per-drive table sorted worst-first with score and per-type counts). See Driving Insights for the underlying detector.

Classification & Purpose — Classification Summary (Business / Personal / Unclassified split with stacked bar), Purpose Breakdown (drives, distance, time, and cost grouped by purpose), and Deductible Mileage (IRS-deductible miles rolled up by purpose).

Fuel — Fuel Summary, Fuel Log, Fuel Cost Trend, Fuel Efficiency, and Fuel Type Breakdown.

Vehicles — Vehicle Summary, Vehicle Comparison, Mileage by Vehicle, Odometer Summary, and Odometer History (a printable audit trail of manual odometer changes).

Analytics — Monthly Summary, Cost Breakdown, Driving Heatmap, Driver Comparison, and Tag Breakdown.

Goals & TargetsGoals Summary (targets met / under / over at a glance), Goals Scorecard (each target with its target, actual, attainment bar, and status), Goals by Driver (per-driver distance, drives, score, and harsh-event rate vs the group targets), and Goal Trend (weekly actuals with the goal line). These read your group's targets — see Dashboard Goals & Targets.

Each block has a name and short description in the palette so you know what it shows before adding it. Summary blocks display key metrics as large numbers. List blocks render a data table. Chart blocks show bar charts, stacked bars, or heatmaps depending on the data.

The Drive Summary and Drive List blocks automatically pick up Business / Personal / Deductible context once any drive in the period is classified, so you usually do not need to combine them with the Classification & Purpose blocks unless you want a dedicated rollup or stacked-bar visual.

You can add the same block type more than once if needed, though in most cases one of each is sufficient.
