🚧 Why is AutoDrive Online showing a Service Status page?
When AutoDrive is having a service issue or running scheduled maintenance, the dashboard and other pages are temporarily blocked.
If you sign in to AutoDrive Online and see a Service Status panel instead of the dashboard, AutoDrive is currently experiencing a service issue or running scheduled maintenance. The dashboard and other pages are blocked on purpose so we don’t show you stale or partial data while the affected service is recovering.
The panel shows:
- What is happening — the headline status (Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Under Maintenance)
- Active incidents — the most recent update from our team for each open incident
- Affected services — only the services not operating normally
You can:
- Click Check again to re-poll the status feed. AutoDrive Online also re-checks automatically every 30 seconds while the panel is showing, and immediately when you switch back to the tab.
- Click Full status page to open theautodriveapp.com/status, which has the full incident timeline, history, and 90-day uptime bars.
- Sign out from the sidebar or menu bar — account-level actions stay available even while the page content is blocked.
Once the next status check returns to operational, AutoDrive Online will automatically take you to the page you were headed to (or the dashboard).
The mobile apps are unaffected. Drives recorded on iPhone or Android continue to track locally and sync once the affected service is back online — you will not lose data because of an outage.
