🔑 Staying Signed In

AutoDrive keeps you signed in as you use it, and asks you to sign in again after 30 days for your security.

AutoDrive keeps you signed in so you do not have to enter your password every time you open the app or the web dashboard. For your security, a session does not last forever — now and then you will be asked to sign in again.

You will be prompted to sign back in when either of these happens:

  • 30 days of inactivity — if a device does not use AutoDrive for 30 days, that session expires.
  • 30 days after signing in — every session asks you to re-authenticate at most 30 days after you sign in, even if you use it daily. This limits how long any single sign-in stays valid.

Whichever comes first ends that session. Signing back in takes only a moment, and none of your data is affected — your drives, vehicles, fuel logs, and settings live on your account and reappear the instant you sign in.

Each device keeps its own session, so signing in again on your phone does not sign you out of the web dashboard, and the reverse is true too. If you use Sign in with Apple, re-authenticating is usually instant.

For added protection, an AutoDrive administrator can end a session remotely — for example if you report a lost or stolen device. If that happens, just sign in again on a device you trust.

If you are signed out much sooner than expected, it can mean your password was changed or a security action was taken on your account. If that was not you, contact support right away.
