Access your drives, vehicles, fuel logs, and the Report Builder from any browser.
AutoDrive Online is available at theautodriveapp.com/online and works in any modern browser. Sign in with the same account you use on your mobile device to access all of your data.
From AutoDrive Online you can:
- View your complete drive history with interactive maps
- Manage vehicles and their details
- Review and add fuel log entries
- See fuel economy trends and spending summaries
- Build custom reports with the Report Builder — choose from 25 data blocks, set a date range, filter by classification or purpose, and generate a PDF
AutoDrive Online is ideal for reviewing data on a larger screen, generating reports, or managing your account settings. It provides the same data as the mobile app, synced in real time. The Report Builder is also mobile-friendly, so you can access it from a link in the iOS or Android app.
Install AutoDrive Online as an app. In Chrome or Edge on a desktop, click the install icon in the address bar (a small monitor with a down arrow) to add AutoDrive Online to your dock or Start menu — it opens in its own window with no browser tabs. On iPhone Safari and Android Chrome you can do the same from the share menu (“Add to Home Screen”) and the icon launches AutoDrive Online fullscreen. This is separate from the iOS, Android, and Mac App Store native apps — it’s a third install option for users who’d rather pin the website.
Note that mileage tracking is mobile only. AutoDrive Online cannot record drives because it does not have access to continuous GPS. For that, use the iOS or Android app with AutoTrack enabled, or start a manual drive from your phone.
