Fuel and EV are first-class

Maturity for accountant workflows
MileIQ has been on the market since 2013 and is widely recognized by accountants and tax preparers. If your CPA already says "send me your MileIQ export," that's a real workflow advantage.
Microsoft 365 historical integration
MileIQ was a Microsoft product 2015–2021 and built integration around the M365 stack during that period. Microsoft divested the app in 2021 and Bending Spoons acquired it in 2025; verify which M365 integrations are still maintained if that fit matters to you. AutoDrive is independent and doesn't have native M365 integration.
Single-driver, mileage-only simplicity
