The rules that govern your use of AutoDrive.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutoDrive mobile application and associated web services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wrights Creative Services, L.L.C. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AutoDrive is an automatic drive tracking application that allows you to:
AutoDrive offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers unlock higher limits on the number of Account Groups, vehicles, and drivers you can manage, and may be extended with optional per-seat add-ons for additional vehicle or driver slots. Subscription purchases are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Paddle, and are governed by the terms of the store or processor you purchase through. Prices, renewal periods, taxes, and refund policies are as presented at the point of sale. For web purchases, we operate exactly one of Paddle as our active processor at any given time; Paddle sales are transacted as a merchant of record, meaning Paddle collects and remits applicable sales tax or VAT on our behalf.
If your subscription lapses, expires, or is refunded, your account automatically reverts to a read-only state at the end of any grace period: existing data stays visible and exportable, but creating new vehicles, drivers, or groups beyond the free-tier cap is disabled until you renew. We honor per-group cap overrides granted by our staff (for comped accounts, legacy customers, or approved fleet sizes) for as long as your underlying subscription remains active.
Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel renewals at any time from the App Store, Google Play, or the Paddle customer portal link included in every receipt email. Receipts and invoices for all platforms are also consolidated on the Billing page inside AutoDrive Online. Billing-related correspondence comes from billing@theautodriveapp.com. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using AutoDrive, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. In particular:
robots.txt. We operate first-party analytics on our website (see our Privacy Policy) to detect abuse and measure legitimate use.AutoDrive requires access to your device's location services to function. By enabling location access, you acknowledge that:
LiveDrive is an optional, paid addon available only to Fleet account groups. While the addon is active and a driver has been enabled and has accepted the on-device consent prompt, the driver’s mobile device transmits its current GPS location (approximately every 30 seconds) to AutoDrive, which displays the most recent fix to authorized administrators of the same Fleet group on the in-app Live Map.
Use of LiveDrive is also governed by the LiveDrive DPA addendum, which is incorporated by reference and prevails over this Section in the event of a conflict regarding LiveDrive data processing.
While we strive to provide accurate drive tracking, the Service relies on GPS technology which has inherent limitations. You acknowledge that:
AutoDrive is not a navigation application. Do not rely on AutoDrive for driving directions, speed monitoring, or real-time navigation.
Drive data from AutoDrive should not be used as official records for legal proceedings, insurance claims, tax filings, or any purpose requiring certified accuracy. Consult qualified professionals for such needs.
IRS-ready reports are not tax advice. AutoDrive's Report Builder includes pre-built layouts that structure your mileage data to match the substantiation expectations described in IRS Publication 463, Form 2106, and Schedule C, and the driver profile carries optional taxpayer fields that can be stamped on those reports. This is a formatting convenience, not tax advice. AutoDrive does not verify your entries, does not file or submit anything to the IRS on your behalf, and does not guarantee that a report generated by the Service will be accepted in any specific audit or dispute. Consult a certified public accountant or tax attorney for tax preparation and filing decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Wrights Creative Services, L.L.C. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Data you create within the Service (drives, vehicles, fuel logs) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data will be accurately recorded or preserved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WRIGHTS CREATIVE SERVICES, L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrights Creative Services, L.L.C., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and, if desired, requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
