🔄 Sync Is Not Working

Resolve sync issues by checking your connection, forcing a sync, or signing out and back in.

If your data is not syncing between devices, start with these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your internet connection — make sure you have a working Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Open a web page in your browser to confirm.
  • Force a sync — go to Settings and tap "Sync Now" to manually trigger a sync cycle. Watch for any error messages that appear.
  • Sign out and back in — go to Settings, tap Sign Out, then sign back in with your credentials. This refreshes your authentication token and can resolve stale session issues.

After each step, wait about 30 seconds and check whether your data has appeared on the other device. Sync usually completes within a few seconds, but large backlogs from extended offline periods may take longer.

If none of these steps resolve the problem, please contact support and include your account email, device model, and a description of what is not syncing. Our team can check the server logs to identify the issue.
